Malia aka GawdX (they/he), is a Black queer DJ & multi-hyphenate creative of Trinbagonian/Senegalese descent. Their influences are multi & fluid blending genres like soca & Gqom to amapiano & dancehall to make you shake nyash while appreciating the musical links within the Afro-diasporia. Their multi dimensional, high-energy sets have taken them to over 100+ festivals & events throughout Europe.

GawdX is co-founder of Trinbagonian-based collective Batti Mamzelle,, ISLAND GYALS & DEM (UK) collectives & has recently co-founded NDRAGA, an alternative electronic series in Albania
