Designed specifically for LGBTQ+ youth aged 14-19, AFFIRM helps manage stress and promotes overall well-being in a safe and supportive environment.

The AFFIRM practice models were developed in partnership with LGBTQ+ youth and community leaders, ensuring that the interventions directly reflect the unique needs and experiences of participants. 💪🌟
