Most AI events focus on developers and startups, but this workshop is tailored for business owners and operators.

In May, Anthropic launched Claude for Small Business—a suite of connectors and workflows aimed at empowering small businesses to utilize AI tools like QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, DocuSign, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.

These features aid in tasks like payroll preparation, month-end closing, invoice follow-ups, lead analysis, and marketing campaign development—all while ensuring human oversight for critical decisions.

This free, hands-on workshop is designed for small business owners and their teams to effectively implement Claude in their operations. Attendees will learn how to:

• Identify tasks suitable for AI implementation
• Craft prompts for accurate and useful results
• Create repeatable workflows for specific business challenges
• Integrate Claude with existing tools
• Understand the importance of human judgment in the process

No technical expertise is necessary—if you can use email, you can benefit from this workshop!

• A laptop with a power adapter
• The Claude app pre-installed
• An active Claude subscription
• A real-world business task or problem for workshop use

Ensure that you are logged into the app upon arrival so we can focus on building rather than troubleshooting. Access to specific connectors may depend on your Claude plan and the permissions for the software you wish to connect.
