An Interactive Workshop on Sex, Intimacy & Feminine Sexuality

This is going to be an intimate and interactive night around pleasure, intimacy, and the stories we carry about sexuality.
A conversation so many women want to have but rarely get to have in a safe, beautiful, honest space.
We’ll be joined by Romi Brudno, a licensed sex therapist who lives in our building and works with couples and individuals to create healthier and more connected sex lives.

Lauri Grisales and I will guide a soft sensory experience around pleasure, the body, and feminine energy. Through touch, smell, taste and presence, we will explore how much capacity we have to feel pleasure and receive it.

This will be an interactive sex education workshop where we get to learn, reflect, ask questions, journal, and explore different themes together.
This is for the woman who is curious.
For the woman who wants to feel more connected to her body.
For the woman who wants better conversations around intimacy.
For the woman who wants to release shame and feel more open.
For the woman who simply wants to sit in a room with other women and finally talk about the things we don’t usually talk about.
Expect honesty, education, reflection, laughter, openness, and real connection.
Nothing forced. Nothing uncomfortable. No pressure to share anything you don’t want to share.
Just a beautiful night to learn, connect, question, and remember that our sexuality is part of our health, our confidence, our creativity and our feminine energy.

We will have non-alcoholic mushroom drinks, wine, water, and healthy bites to enjoy together.

We’ll open the evening together, share the intention behind this gathering, and create a soft, safe space for honest conversation.
7:00 PM — Soft Sensory Experience Around Pleasure
A gentle experience to reconnect with the body, the senses, and our capacity to feel and receive pleasure.Interactive
7:30 PM — Conversation with Romi Brudno
Romi, a licensed sex therapist, will guide us through an open and educational conversation around sex, intimacy, pleasure, and the stories we carry about sexuality.
8:15 PM — Reflection & Closing Circle
A soft closing moment to share what inspired us most, what we are taking from the evening, or what new ideas were sparked. Sharing is completely optional.
This is a women-only gathering.
There will be a photographer to take moments of connection and community
