August 10th Meet & Greet

🎉 4th-8th Grade Families & Scholars, You’re Invited! 🎉
Join us for our Meet & Greet event on August 10th! This is a drop-in event, so families can come at their convenience. While attendance is not mandatory, we highly encourage families to attend to prepare for an amazing school year ahead!

Schedule by Grade Level:

• 7th & 8th Grade: 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM
• 6th Grade: 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM
• 5th Grade: 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM
• 4th Grade: 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM

This is the perfect opportunity to:
📚 Meet your scholar’s teachers
🎒 Drop off school supplies
📦 Pick up important Meet & Greet packets
📸 Get comfortable with the school before the first day
👨‍👩‍👧 Capture those special “First Day of School” pictures on campus

Since families will not be allowed to walk scholars into the building on the first day of school, we encourage everyone to take advantage of this opportunity to familiarize themselves with the campus and procedures ahead of time. Scholars are encouraged to wear their uniforms for memorable photos!

Inside your Meet & Greet packet from your scholar’s homeroom teacher, families will receive:

✅ Important QR codes
✅ Bus information
✅ Before & after care forms
✅ And more!

🛍️ Creations to Geaux will also be on site selling Friday Spirit Shirts.
