Today, we unite with millions across Africa and beyond to honor the Day of the African Child, a day that highlights the rights, dreams, potential, and resilience of African children.
Earlier this year, our organization had the incredible opportunity to visit schools in Todee District, Rural Montserrado. We provided essential educational materials such as copybooks and pens to support the students' endeavors. However, during our visit, we noticed a pressing issue: many children lacked school bags to safely transport their learning materials.
This experience has inspired us to take further action! In celebration of the Day of the African Child, we proudly launch the 50 Kids Bags Fundraiser Campaign. Our aim is to provide 50 school bags to vulnerable children in rural communities. Every child deserves to attend school with dignity and the resources necessary for success.
Education goes beyond access to books; it's about ensuring children have the tools to protect and carry their educational materials each day.
