This is a pre and post natal friendly resistance band workout brought to you by Bodied By XO β€” buggies are absolutely welcome! Whether you're a brand-new mama or have done this a few times before, the session is crafted to help you build strength, lift your mood, and feel amazing in a warm, child-friendly setting. Solo attendees are equally welcome! πŸ€—

After the workout, the group heads over to the Puttshack cafΓ© within the park for refreshments and good vibes. πŸ₯‚πŸ₯
