Join us every Friday for an all-levels beachfront yoga flow designed to energize your body, calm your mind, and help you welcome the weekend with movement, breath, and ocean vibes. Enjoy guided movement, a welcoming community, and the calming sound of waves. Bring your mat, water, sunscreen, and positive energy!
