Format & Bracket

• Continuous rolling bracket – no split sessions
• Qualifying Stage: Double elimination, top 16 players advance (8 from Winners side, 8 from Losers side)
• Playoffs (Last 16): Single elimination
• Match Distances:
  • Winners Bracket: Race to 9
  • Losers Bracket: Race to 8
  • Playoffs: Race to 9 from Last 16 to Final

Tournament Schedule

• Saturday, 01.08 (Main Qualification Day): 09:00 – Tournament begins
• Sunday, 02.08 (Final Qualifiers & Playoffs):
  • 10:00 – Final Qualification Matches
  • 11:30 – Playoffs commence with Quarter-finals, Semi-finals, Grand Final, and Awards Ceremony

Rules & Break Box

• WPA rules apply
• Alternate break format
• Players may break from anywhere in the kitchen
• Three-Point Break Rule: Minimum of three object balls must either be pocketed or touch the cushion

Prize Pool & Entry Fees

• Entry Fee: €60 per player
• Prize Fund: 90% of Entry Fees + €1,000 Added Money by BETBY
• Final prize distribution (Top 16) published on Cuescore after registration

Dress Code

• Standard: Smart / Neat Casual
• Allowed: Trousers, jeans (no rips), polo shirts, collared shirts, tailored shorts
• Prohibited: Athletic shorts, sweatpants, flip-flops
