We will begin with a blue lotus tea ceremony, exploring the ancient Egyptian roots and medicinal properties of the blue lotus flower. This will help open the heart, quiet the mind, and set intentions together.

Next, Graeme will guide us through a breathwork journey aimed at regulating the nervous system and expanding awareness, leading us into deeper states of consciousness.

As we breathe, we will be immersed in a live psychedelic sound journey. Templo Del Cielo will create a living sonic landscape with original music, ethereal vocals, and expansive soundscapes, inviting you to explore your inner world and awaken intuition, imagination, and profound peace.

Known as the Flower of Intuition, the Blue Lotus was sacred in Ancient Egypt, used in temples to commune with the Divine. It is associated with expanded awareness, lucid dreaming, and spiritual insight, gently inviting us into a state of presence and inner harmony.

We will serve Blue Lotus Tea from Mystic Sister Apothecary, with additional botanical oils and herbal offerings available for purchase after the ceremony.
