✨ Who Should Join? ✨
This course is ideal for those who have some foundational knowledge of zouk. If you've taken iDance's progressive beginner's course once or twice—or have equivalent experience from other places—you’re ready to continue your journey!
You'll familiarize yourself with basic steps, lateral movements, and more, such as Soltinho, Viradinha, Simple turn, Bonus, and Yoyo. Plus, you'll enhance your body movement skills like Elastico and Body roll!

Thérèce, Sonia, & Johannes from Stockholm Zouk Zone have been sharing the joy of zouk in Stockholm since 2017 and are passionate to teach you! Following the teachings of renowned zouk masters Bruno & Raiza Galhardo, they bring a blend of technique and fun for all students!

📝 Course Details:

• Partner rotation during lessons is encouraged, but you can join with a dance partner if you prefer to stick together.
• Plus, check out a free zouk lesson on March 27th to get a taste of the fun!
• Also available: a progressive beginner's course on Fridays from 18:40 to 19:55 with no prerequisites.
