BREATH + SOUND + CONNECT
BREATH + SOUND + CONNECT brought to you by Pluto
The breathwork session begins with a short introduction, followed by a guided breathwork journey consisting of multiple rounds of conscious breathing, breath retention, and somatic engagement. The practice is led by Adam Lewis and designed to help participants move beyond habitual patterns of thought, allowing access to deeper states of consciousness.
The session concludes with a grounding sound bath with Adam and Lisa Hwang. Following the active phases of the practice, participants are invited back into the room for some practices and prompts to deepen into connection with Self and Others.
About the Instructors
Adam Lewis is a student of sound and community builder focused on creating environments that support presence, integration, and human connection. His work with sound centers on using vibration, rhythm, and tone to help regulate the nervous system, deepen somatic awareness, and support states of coherence following immersive practices.
Alongside his work in sound, Adam is a steward of large-scale community initiatives, including MANCAMP (mancamp.ca), Canada’s premiere men’s experience, and Pluto (enterpluto.com) Across these projects, his focus remains consistent: designing experiences that bring people into deeper relationship with themselves and each other.
Lisa Hwang is a Toronto-based musician, songwriter, and wellness facilitator, and the creator and host of SEEDofSOUND — a modern sound bath concert experience blending live ethereal vocals, sound healing, meditation, and immersive storytelling.
Known for her emotionally resonant and deeply grounding approach, Lisa bridges music, ritual, and community through experiences designed to reconnect people to presence, awe, and the body. She facilitates classes and events with spaces including Othership, Sweat and Tonic, and Jaybird while continuing to develop her original music and creative projects as an artist.
