Catch the Light! Basic Analog and Alternative Summer Series

Join us for an inspiring Analog & Alternative Photography Summer Series, where creativity meets tradition! 🌞 In this hands-on course, you'll delve into the world of analog fine art photography in an atelier-style setting, allowing you to progress at your own pace while enhancing your technical skills and artistic confidence.

What You'll Learn:

• Shooting analog photographs
• Develop your own film
• Print in the darkroom (B&W and Color)
• Participate in guided workshops on various classical and alternative photographic processes.

Whether you're a beginner or have prior experience in film development or darkroom printing, this course adapts to your needs. The atelier format promotes learning through practical experimentation and sharing ideas with fellow participants.

Possible Topics (based on participant interest):

• Analog shooting techniques: filters, reciprocity failure, studio work, and more!
• Film development
• Black & white analog printing
• Photoshopping and fine art printing in the darkroom
• Analog color printing
• Using large-format cameras
• Shooting directly on photographic paper
• Analog studio photography techniques like anthotype, cyanotype, salt printing, and more!

Practical Information:

• Enrollment Fee: €40 (students) / €60 (non-students)
• Duration: 10 sessions

Note: To optimize darkroom capacity, some Tuesday sessions may be rescheduled for alternative times.
