Celebrating 5 Years of Design/Ivy Hume

Come join us and celebrate 5 YEARS OF DESIGN/IVY HUME and OAKLAND MIDSOMMAR at our Storefront in Downtown Oakland! For the last five years, we've built homes, restaurants, workspaces and more, and we are throwing a celebration to launch us into the next 5 years.
OAKLAND MIDSOMMAR is a small gallery show of my paintings and drawings, which will be available for sale. We'll have light bites and we'll be pouring delicious natural wine from our partners at Snail Bar.
Building an architectural practice from the ground up is not unlike any other kind of architecture. It takes vision, structure, and a community that helps hold it up. Whether you are a builder, former client, collaborator or friend, we can't wait to celebrate with you! Our Studio and Storefront space is not just as a place to work, but a symbol of growth, independence, and creativity for me through these last five years.
