Join us on August 30, 2026, for the Celebrating Ukraine Festival 2026 — the largest Ukrainian cultural festival in Sweden, dedicated to Ukraine's Independence Day!

🎶 Enjoy a day filled with music, theatre, creativity, and Ukrainian traditions. The festival unites Ukrainians, Swedes, and guests from across the globe to explore the richness of Ukrainian culture and support emerging Ukrainian talent.

📍 Venue: Kulturhuset Stadsteatern, Hörsalen and Foajé 3 (Level 3), Stockholm.

🌟 Day Programme (11:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

For children and the entire family:

• ✨ Interactive performance: "The Cossack and the Viking in Search of the Sun" for ages 2-6 (11:00 AM - 12:15 PM);
• 🎤 Children's and Youth Gala Concert showcasing young talents from Ukraine, Sweden, and other European countries (1:30 PM - 3:30 PM);
• 🎭 Family Musical: "Mavka. The Book of Life" (4:30 PM - 5:30 PM);
• 🎨 Creative workshops, face painting, interactive zones, and more activities throughout the day (11:30 AM - 5:00 PM).

The evening highlights include a concert by Apostoles / Kapela Apostola, bringing to life authentic Ukrainian folk instrumental music from Podillia and Eastern Galicia. Join us for Cossack melodies, lively polkas, mazurkas, waltzes, and a true atmosphere of a Ukrainian folk celebration!
