Chair Yoga

Join us for Chair Yoga in-person OR virtually via Zoom every 4th Wednesday of the month at 6 PM! This event is open to both patients and their families and aims to enhance both physical and mental well-being.

Meeting Location: Head to the main lobby; the meeting will be in the Riverpark Room. The entrance is behind the main lobby front desk.
