這次，WaveNova 特別攜手 Frui.Spa.Pilates 與 Somos03，把 Pilates 練習中「覺察身體、善待自己」的精神，延伸成「覺察海洋、善待環境」的行動。夕陽將至，讓我們一起在大鼻尾，把汗水與雙手，都獻給這片海。🌊🧘‍♀️

This time, WaveNova is teaming up with Frui.Spa.Pilates and Somos03 to bring that same mindful energy from the studio to the shoreline. Join us at golden hour for a sunset cleanup at Da Bi Wei Platform.

⚠️ 注意事項

請自備飲用水壺，減少一次性塑膠使用。

建議穿著不怕髒且好活動的包鞋（請勿穿著拖鞋，以防沙灘碎玻璃或雜物傷腳）。

請自備防曬、防雨用品，傍晚時段亦建議攜帶薄外套保暖。

現場將提供專業淨灘器材（手套、垃圾袋）。

若遇惡劣天氣，主辦單位將於活動前 24 小時透過 Email 通知。

Dress Code: Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes that you don't mind getting a bit dirty. (For your safety, please avoid wearing flip-flops to protect your feet from broken glass or sharp debris on the beach.)

Weather Prep: Please bring your own sun protection and rain gear — a light layer is also handy as the sun goes down.

Equipment: Professional beach cleanup tools (gloves and trash bags) will be provided on-site.

Weather Updates: In the event of severe weather, the organizers will notify participants via email 24 hours prior to the event.
