Contact Improvisation Class | Weekly with Rotating Teachers

🌟 Join Us for a Weekly Contact Improvisation Class! 🌟
Dive into the world of Contact Improvisation (CI) in a warm, welcoming environment! This 2.5-hour drop-in class is designed for all levels and features rotating instructors throughout the year.

During each session, you'll engage in technical exercises and BodyMind (Somatic) practices, culminating in jam-like explorations. 🌬️🤸‍♀️

What You'll Learn:

• Breathing techniques and skeletal alignment to enhance movement 🌌
• The art of following contact points and safely sharing weight and lifts
• How to embrace uncertainty while responding to subtle impulses in the moment
• Philosophical and relational aspects of CI

The class is accessible to both beginners and seasoned practitioners. Each instructor brings their unique focus, allowing you to explore at your own pace. Classes are conducted in either English or Swedish, depending on the instructor and participants.

💸 Pricing Options:

• Single class: 250kr
• 5-class clip card: 1000kr
• 10-class clip card: 1500kr
