Contact Improvisation Class | Weekly with Rotating Teachers

🌟 Join us for a wonderful weekly drop-in Contact Improvisation (CI) class at Alma Söderberg Studio in Malmö!

🗓️ When: Every Monday from 18:00 to 20:30
📅 Duration: 2.5 hours of exploration and connection
📍 Where: Bergsgatan 29, SE-214 22 Malmö, Sverige (don't forget to ring the bell downstairs!)

✨ What to Expect:
Guided by rotating teachers, you'll engage in CI technique training that features:

• Technical exercises and BodyMind somatic practices
• Jam-like moments to cultivate creativity and exploration
• Techniques focusing on breath, weight, skeletal alignment, and safe lifting
• The art of listening to subtle impulses and the present moment

🌈 Whether you're a beginner or have prior experience, each class is tailored to meet your needs. Get ready to dive into the essence of Contact Improvisation!

💰 Costs:

• Single Class: 250 kr
• 5-Class Clip Card: 1000 kr
• 10-Class Clip Card: 1500 kr
