About the Event

A session to slow down, soften, and fully arrive in the moment.
Together with Charlotte, we’re creating an evening centered around stillness, sound, and connection.
We’ll begin with a short welcome and introduction round, before moving into a guided sound bath session - a space to let the nervous system settle, release tension, and simply rest.
Afterwards, we’ll gather for a gentle reflection and sharing circle. No pressure to speak, just space to listen and feel.
