CourtSide Theory Cardio Tennis is now moving to a new 2-hour format built around nonstop movement, energy, and competitive play 🎾🔥
The first hour will focus on high-paced cardio drills designed to keep players moving while working on consistency, footwork, shot selection, and overall fitness in a fun group environment. Expect music, fast rotations, and a great workout on court.
The second hour transitions into high-energy Liveball and competitive games where players can apply what they worked on in live point situations. Fast feeds, quick reactions, team games, and nonstop action all session long.
Open to all levels with modifications and groupings when needed.
Come train, compete, and build community with us.
Credits will be given with 48hr notice.
