Loz Gatt, Senior WFM Manager at Marshmallow, will share a few of the AI-powered workflows her team has built to make support operations more effective. No grand vision deck, just what they’ve actually tried, what surprised them, and where they’ve seen value.
Ryan Wang, CEO of Assembled, will also join the conversation and share what he’s learning from teams across the industry as AI becomes part of day-to-day operations.
Mostly, though, this is a dinner for people who are curious. The technology is moving fast, and there’s a lot to learn from hearing what others are experimenting with, what’s working, and what’s not.
