Dance & Connect Paris
Join Paula on Sunday, May 31st for a welcoming dance workshop in Paris, a space to reconnect with your body explore feminine expression through dance, and meet like-minded women.
Through guided exercises and movement inspired by dancehall, commercial and heels styles (heels are completely optional), we’ll explore confidence, self-expression, and body awareness, ending with an empowering group choreography.
No previous dance experience is needed, just come as you are ♡
