Double Diamond and Ramp are joining forces to bring NYC its biggest design event of the year: a professionally recorded, live episode of the hit podcast Dive Club, moderated by Michael Riddering (Ridd).
The conversation centers on one of the most pressing questions facing the design community right now: How is AI fundamentally reshaping our craft — and what do the workflows of tomorrow actually look like? Expect concrete insights, honest dialogue, and a room full of NYC's sharpest, most AI-forward designers and builders. 🚀
🎤 The Format
The evening kicks off with short, sharp presentations from some of the most forward-thinking designers and builders working today. That's followed by an intimate fireside conversation with the presenters, guided by Ridd.
👥 The Panel
- Michael Riddering (Ridd) — Host & moderator. Creator of the acclaimed design podcast Dive Club and one of the most influential voices in design today.
- Meaghan Choi — Design lead for Claude Code & Cowork at Anthropic, actively exploring the frontier of AI for work.
- Dan Shipper — Co-Founder & CEO of Every, building a portfolio of AI-native products (Monologue, Cora, Spiral, and more) alongside a media and consulting ecosystem focused on AI education, news, and adoption.

Attendance is intentionally selective. Organizers are seeking people who actively experiment with AI and demonstrate genuine talent as design practitioners and/or builders. Strong applications typically include:

- ✍️ Relevant published content (blog posts, Twitter/X threads, LinkedIn posts, etc.)
🎬 Recording & Distribution
A professional production crew will capture the full event — including the candid moments before and after the main show. The recorded conversation will be released jointly as an episode of Dive Club and Double Diamond's podcast feed, so even those who can't attend in person will have access.
