Join us for Donation Yoga @ Optimist Park! ☀️

🌿 Experience the tranquility of yoga either in-person at Optimist Park or virtually via Zoom!

🕙 When: 10 AM (EST) every Saturday!

📏 This open-level class allows you to choose your own challenge, blending relaxation with strengthening and stretching. All levels and abilities are welcome!

🤗 Enjoy a warm, non-judgmental atmosphere where seasoned yogis and beginners unite. Feel free to bring your own flow or simply follow along with the group's offerings.
