DTS – M&A Academy: Growth Through Strategic Acquisitions
Join Danish Tech Startups for the M&A Academy, a hands-on learning series designed for ambitious tech scale-ups founders and CEOs that want to understand how acquisitions can become a real growth lever.
Across three intensive sessions, founders and senior leaders will learn how to identify acquisition targets, structure deals, run due diligence, negotiate with confidence, and plan for post-merger integration. The academy brings together scale-up teams, M&A advisors, investors, legal experts, and experienced operators in a trusted, practical environment.
This is not a theoretical intro to M&A. It is built for companies actively exploring how to grow through strategic acquisitions and for partners who want to support the next generation of Danish tech companies as they scale.

Program Themes
Session 1: Deal Sourcing & Valuation
How to identify and assess acquisition targets, understand valuation methods, and explore financing and deal structuring options.
Session 2: Due Diligence & Deal Execution
Financial, legal, and operational due diligence, risk assessment, negotiation approaches, and managing transaction timelines.
Session 3: Post-Merger Integration
How to align teams, culture, leadership, systems, and operations after the deal, while realizing long-term value.
Speakers
Speakers and facilitators to be announced. The program will feature experienced founders, operators, advisors, and M&A specialists who have worked closely with acquisition processes.

Academy attendance
