Join us for an transformative journey at Ecstatic Dance & Yoga Fusion! This unique event blends mindful movement with the healing power of music and cacao, allowing participants to connect deeply with themselves and one another.

• Intention Setting: Begin with a moment of reflection to set your personal intentions.
• Somatic Exercises: Engage in mindfulness practices that cultivate relaxation and awareness.
• Dance Journey: Experience a vibrant sonic exploration with world music, electronica, dubstep, tribal house, and classic remixes — listen to samples here.
• Radical Self-Expression: Dance freely, do yoga, or simply enjoy the ambiance in our cozy chill-out space. Each moment is an invitation to find your rhythm, express yourself authentically, and connect with others.

• 6:50 PM: Warm-Up Exercises (Qigong & somatic practices)

• 9:00 PM: Non-Verbal Time to Connect
