We're excited to be guided by the experienced facilitators, Karina Hoepers and Phillip Dons. Together, we'll slow down, reconnect with our bodies, and embrace the joy of movement. This is not just a dance event; it's a space we co-create, free from expectations.

💃 Guided Journey:
Participants will embark on a journey designed to deepen awareness through meditation, connection exercises, and playful movement. As we explore together, we’ll cultivate a shared energy that enhances our collective experience. Each moment is an opportunity for authentic connection.

• Landing Circle & Musical Welcome (30 mins): We'll slow down with gentle songs, transitioning into a shared space.
• Opening & Intention Setting (15 mins): Welcoming words to set our journey together.
• Meaningful Café (Connection Play) 💬: A playful exercise for authentic connections through questions and dance.
• Guided Meditation & Embodied Awakening 🧘: Move from seated to lying down, leading to gentle exploration and transition into dance.
• Ecstatic Dance Journey 💃🕺: Let loose on the dance floor with a carefully curated musical experience.
• Closing Singing Circle 🎶 (25 mins): Integrate our experiences through shared songs.
• Gratitude Circle 🙏 (20 mins): Closing reflections and appreciation.
