Energy security and digitalisation in Europe's power system

This year’s ETIP HYDROPOWER annual event is focused on digitalisation and energy security in the context of Europe’s evolving energy and geopolitical landscape. The event will examine how digitally enabled hydropower can strengthen system resilience, enhance flexibility, and reduce Europe’s exposure to price volatility by maximising the value of domestic energy assets. By bringing together policymakers, industry, academia, and civil society, the discussions will connect concrete technological advances and operational experience with policy and investment needs, contributing to informed decision-making on Europe’s clean, competitive, and secure energy system.
