Family Fun Night "Star Wars "

The Family Fun Night series returns for its 5th season of themed-night goodness throughout Summer 2026.This event series takes place on the third Thursday of the month – May through August – from 5pm to 9pm.Themed activities take place throughout Downtown Woodstock, culminating in a movie on the Woodstock Arts Event Green. Event is free to attend!!!We will kick off the 2026 series with fun from a galaxy far far away…. Calling all Jedi to join us for an exciting night celebrating all things Star Wars at Family Fun Night! The featured movie will be “Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope” on the Woodstock Arts Event Green. Themed activities will take place around Downtown Woodstock from 5pm-7pm and the movie on the Woodstock Arts Event Green starts at 7pm. Woodstock Arts Event Green -5-7pm - Character Meet & Greet featuring characters from Star Wars -Calling all young Jedi and galactic adventurers. Join us at Downtown Woodstock’s Family Fun Night on Thursday, May 21st for a Star Wars-themed Face Painting & Temporary Tattoos Station on the Event Green! Kids can choose from fun face painting stencil designs including Baby Yoda, Darth Vader, Stormtroopers, and Chewbacca while showing off their favorite side of the Force. These are free activities courtesy of Woodstock City Church and will take place 5pm-7pm-530pm & 630pm - Trivia time. Two games of Star Wars trivia will take place on the big screen, free to play. Trivia hosted by Lights Up Entertainment -5-9pm - Pelican's Snoballs & King Of Pops will be set up on the Event Green for the entire event serving their delicious treats.-Reformation Brewery will be offering a non-alcoholic slushie topped with nerds called "The Dark Side." during the event at the brewery. -The Little Sober Bar will feature C3PO's Soda at their storefront (117 Mill St Suite 130) in both a kids size for $5 and a regular size for $8. C3PO's Soda is a Cola based dirty soda with peach syrup and vanilla cream. Be sure to swirl it in your glass for a fun surprise! -Pop Chicks Bakery will have free sweet specialty popcorn for every cakepop purchase at their location on Mill St. No other way to watch a movie without popcorn and cake pops!-The Nix Generation is thrilled to offer a free charm (no purchase necessary) for families attending the event as a fun little Star Wars night surprise. -7pm- Movie Time! Featured movie will be "Star Wars: A New Hope"Depot Square5-530pm- Lightsaber lessons with Characters from Star WarsMain Street-Woodstock Public Library will be offering a DIY Paper Droids Workshop-Pie Bar is offering a "free scoop of ice-cream with the purchase of a slice" promo for Family Fun Night-Partners II Pizza will be serving the “Darth Vader” (coke with grenadine and a cherry) and giving out inflatable lightsabers to kids while supplies last!-Salt Factory is happy to announce that they will be offering star wars character Masks to the first 40 kids as well as star wars themed coloring sheets. In addition they will be offering a Galaxy Lemonade (blue Raspberry lemonade) and Princess Power Punch ( Strawberry Lemonade and sprite mocktail) for the kids. For the adults they will be offering A NEW HOPE SPRITZ $16 (Cherry vodka, rhubarb syrup, lemon juice, prosecco).
