Join Counterspell Games at Love & Legends Books, as we get crafty with a selection of fantasy themed activities!
Spend the evening off your screen and step into a magical fantasy world. From painting minis, to vision-boarding, to button-making, this is your chance for creativity!
🎨 Paint a TTRPG mini
"Mini painting" (short for miniature painting) is the hobby of hand-painting small figurines used in tabletop roleplaying games (TTRPGs) to help visualize a character's movement. Our minis are pre-primed and ready to paint! We'll show you the techniques you need to make a new character, or bring your existing one to life.
🌅 Create a fantasy vision board
Vision boards are a fun and crafty way to visualize your year, but have you ever made a fantasy themed version for yourself (or for your favorite character)? We'll have everything you need to create a board that will inspire you all year long.
🧷 NEW! Make your own buttons
Use our button maker and select your favorite fantasy imagery to create your own pinnable buttons! Wear them on your jacket, pin to your backpack, or give them to a friend.
✨ Your ticket includes one mini, one vision board, and three buttons! We'll also provide you with a protective sleeve for your vision board, and a container to take your painted mini safely home with you :)
Never rolled a D20 before? No worries!
This is a great opportunity to explore the world of tabletop games for a spell. And if you regularly play TTRPGs like D&D or Daggerheart, we hope the evening inspires you for your next adventure.
