Join us for an enlightening Foraging Walk led by the inspiring Robin Greenfield, who is dedicating a year to foraging every bite of his food and medicine. Embracing nature as his garden, Robin travels across the nation to educate us about the abundant edible and medicinal plants that thrive around us.

During this community-oriented event, you will learn:

  • 10+ common edible and medicinal plants native to your area 🌱
  • How to safely forage in the wild 🔍
  • Techniques for sustainable harvesting to nurture our plant friends 🌍
  • Simple strategies for successful foraging

Suggested Donation: $10-40 to support the 1 Million Community Fruit Trees Initiative.

Location: Lincoln Park at The Liberty Tree, behind the Chicago History Museum, 1601 N Clark St, Chicago, IL 60614.

This foraging walk is designed for all experience levels! We will stroll through a beautiful grove of trees, covering less than half a mile.
