Foraging Walk with Robin Greenfield in Manhattan

Info sull'evento

Join us for an inspiring Foraging Walk in Central Park with Robin Greenfield!

For an entire year, Robin has committed to foraging every bite of his food and medicine, embracing a lifestyle free from grocery stores, restaurants, and pharmacies. "Nature" is his garden! 🌍

Throughout this journey, he aims to educate others about the abundant edible and medicinal plants that thrive all around us. By participating, you'll learn how to safely and sustainably forage plants that most people overlook.

What You'll Discover During the Walk:

  • Identification of 10+ common edible and medicinal plants🌱
  • Techniques for safe foraging🔍
  • Best practices for sustainable harvesting 🌳
  • Simple strategies to make foraging successful🍃

The event is suitable for everyone, regardless of your prior experience. We usually walk less than a half mile and stay within 10 minutes from our starting point.

Our goal is for you to leave feeling informed, inspired, and ready to make foraging an integral part of your life!
