🕕 Event Structure:

• From 6 PM to 7 PM, enjoy a free talk session where you can mingle and chat in both languages.
• From 7 PM to 9 PM, we will split into two groups: “ENGLISH ONLY MEETUP” and “Japanese Language Practice Meetup”. Post 9 PM, feel free to continue the conversations in a relaxed environment.
• Other meetups may also be taking place simultaneously, please refer to the INFORMATION link for more details.

👥 Seating Arrangements:
Each table accommodates around 4 participants, ensuring a cozy setup. We encourage seat changes throughout the event to maximize the opportunity for interaction and language practice. Expect a welcoming atmosphere filled with friendly faces eager to learn and share experiences!
