💛 What to Bring:

• Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
• Water
• A light snack for grounding afterward

Yoga mats, blankets, and eye masks will be provided.
Please avoid heavy meals within 2 hours before the session and drinking large amounts of water within 1 hour before.

All participants must pre-register through The Lotus Collective. Space is limited to ensure a safe and supportive experience.
