Join us for Free Traditional Pranayama Classes every Monday, where you can dive into the art of conscious breathing rooted in ancient yogic wisdom. 🌟
Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, everyone is welcome to this inclusive practice!

What to Expect:

  • Step-by-step exploration of traditional pranayama techniques
  • Guidance tailored for all levels
  • A perfect blend of practice and learning

Session Details:

  • Each class lasts 60 minutes, with 45 minutes of breathwork and 10 minutes of yoga nidra accompanied by soothing sound healing. 🎶
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
  • Limited seats available – come as you are!

📍 Location:
Tomtebogatan 30, just 600m from St. Erikplan tunnelbana.
Make sure to register for directions and door codes to our studio.

Things to Remember:

  • No prior experience necessary!
  • Arrive on an empty stomach – keep a gap of 2 hours after a light lunch or 3 hours after a heavy lunch.

👩🏻‍🏫 Mrigisha is a certified yoga and pranayama instructor dedicated to teaching the transformative power of breathing. She seamlessly merges ancient yoga teachings with breathwork and wholesome, plant-based cooking influenced by Ayurveda.
