Join us for a Free Yoga & Sound Bath designed especially for teen girls aged 12–18! 🧘♀️✨
Take a break for yourself each month from 6:00 to 7:15 PM and enjoy:
- Gentle, beginner-friendly yoga flow 🧘♀️
- Calming sound bath to help you unwind 🎶
- Relaxing music and cozy vibes 🎵

Each session is a chance to move, relax, recharge, and connect with others in a welcoming space. No prior yoga experience necessary — just come as you are!
