We are excited to invite you to our annual general assembly!

📍 Location: Stengade (SALEN)
🗓️ Agenda:

1. Report from the board by our chairperson, Jonas Klejs.
2. Approval of the accounts, accompanied by an audit report from Beierholm.
3. Election of auditor.
4. Decisions regarding surplus or deficit distribution.
5. Discussion on potential board discharges.
6. Adoption of the budget for the upcoming financial year with insights from Jakob.
7. Review and vote on proposals submitted.
8. Discussion on changes to the articles of association and voting.
9. Election of the board of directors:
   • Chair election
   • Ordinary member elections
   • Possible election of substitutes
10. Any other business (AoB)

⚠️ Important: The chair position is open for election this year! If you wish to run for the board, ensure you are a member and fill out a candidacy form, sending it to bestyrelse@stengade.dk by the same deadline. You must be over 18 years to stand for election.
