Glass Artist in Residence: Jason Christian

Join us from August 12-16 as renowned glass artist Jason Christian takes up residency at the Greenfield Village Glass Shop! 🏺

✨ Jason, a talented artist hailing from the Seattle area, began his glass art journey at the age of 21. He started as a factory charger and has grown his expertise through hands-on experience. Collaborating with legendary artists like Martin Blank, Preston Singletary, James Mongrain, and Nancy Callan, he has spent nearly a decade as an essential member of Dale Chihuly’s boathouse team, working alongside international talents, including Pino Signoretto.

🎨 His unique artistic expression delves into the intricate art of reticello, classical Venetian techniques, and modern simplicity. Recently, Jason’s work has drawn inspiration from the exquisite creations of Fabergé, merging the delicate complexity of reticello with the intricate detailing characteristic of Fabergé eggs.
