Guided Shinrin-yoku: Rest & Reconnect in Nature

Join Katie Venechuk, an ANFT certified forest therapy guide, for a refreshing experience in the serene surroundings of Blandford Nature Center! 🌳

This program will introduce you to the enriching practice of Shinrin-yoku, or "forest bathing"—a soothing approach that goes beyond a simple hike in the woods to reconnect with nature effectively and alleviate stress.

During your time outdoors, you'll enjoy a guided forest bathing experience in the beautiful woods and meadows, encouraging mindfulness and tranquility. The event culminates in a delightful wild foraged tea service, featuring nourishing flavors from nature, plus a snack to share with fellow participants! 🍵

• Participants must be 18 years or older.

• Pre-registration is required due to limited capacity. Be sure to register before noon the day before the program to secure your spot. If sold out, you can join the waitlist for any available openings.

• This program is entirely outdoors; if severe weather strikes, the program may be canceled with refund or reschedule options available.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests received at least 7 days prior to the program qualify for a 50% refund (excluding processing fees). Requests within 7 days are not eligible for refunds. If Blandford must cancel, you may reschedule or receive a refund.
