This is an intermediate workshop that builds on our original Hands-On with Claude Code event, but you don't need to have attended it. If you're already comfortable with Claude Code, you're ready to join.

What if your AI agent didn't just build something once, but ran every week to research, summarize, and publish for you, automatically?
Most people use Claude Code to build something once but its is mostly not functional. This workshop is about building something that runs again and again.
Over 3.5 hands-on hours, we'll build a real AI workflow agent together, step by step, on your own laptop, with mentors in the room to help whenever you get stuck. You'll leave with a working agent you can keep extending.

🛠️ What to Expect
This is a fully hands-on workshop. Bring your laptop. We build live, together, so you can follow along, customize your own workflow, and run it on your own data.
Mentors available throughout for setup, debugging, and questions
A small group on purpose, so you can ask anything at any time
The goal is that you understand what's happening, not just click through steps

🧠 What You'll Learn
The focus is workflows, agents, and automation, not becoming a full-stack engineer. You'll learn how to:
Understand what an AI workflow agent is, and how it differs from one-off prompts
Start from a prepared template repo and build an agent that reads data, thinks, and produces structured outputs
Connect your agent to real data sources: documents, spreadsheets, Notion, APIs, CSVs, and more
Add triggers so your workflow runs on demand or automatically
Debug, improve, and safely iterate on your workflows
Every concept is applied immediately on your own laptop.

🚀 By the End, You'll Walk Away With
Your own working AI workflow agent
A GitHub repository containing your workflow
A practical grasp of agents, workflows, MCP, tools, triggers, and outputs
A workflow you can keep extending after the session
The confidence to build your own AI-powered automations

👥 Who This Is For
Alumni of our previous Claude Code workshop wondering "what's next?"
Founders, freelancers, marketers, and operators who want AI systems that handle recurring work
Product managers, analysts, designers, and technical beginners curious about AI agents
Anyone already experimenting with Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or Copilot and looking to level up
Mixed experience levels are expected, and there are mentors in the room throughout. If parts of this sound intimidating, don't worry.
