Join us for the HYROX Chiba After Party at VAMOS! 🎊
This event is open to both VAMOS members and non-members, providing a great opportunity for everyone to enjoy and connect.
Event Highlights:
- Mobility Class: Led by VAMOS coach Nicole, who holds a medical qualification as an Athletic Trainer in the USA. This class focuses on performance enhancement and injury prevention.
- Journaling Session: Participate in a journaling session with coach YUKA. This activity helps organize thoughts, reflect on training, set goals, and manage mental conditioning.
- Light Snacks: Enjoy light refreshments while mingling with fellow attendees, both members and non-members.

- Participation Fee: 2,500 yen (includes event fee, food, and drinks)
