Being a teenager today can feel high-pressure with digital noise and social or school stress. Join our Vibe Check sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours, designed to help you reset and debug your week with creativity and fun!

What to Expect:

1. The Brain Hack: A quick 5-minute technique using breath, rhythm, and color to tame stress spikes—practical and engaging!
2. The Big Expression: Create large abstract paintings, oil pastel ‘venting,’ or ‘neuro-doodling’ where the focus is on flow—not perfection!
3. Chill Out and Transmutation: Learn tricks to turn your process art into something gallery-worthy, all in a relaxing, low-light environment to help center you before re-entering the outside world.
