Join us for an exciting Language Exchange event where culture meets conversation! 🎉

Event Details:

• Participant Fees:
  • Japanese speakers: $2
  • Non-Japanese speakers: $5

Your contributions help sustain our website and fund future language exchange activities and social events. Thank you for your understanding! 🙏

Schedule:

• 5:15 PM - 5:30 PM: Check-in and Group Formation
• 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM: Japanese Conversation
• 6:15 PM - 7:00 PM: English Conversation

What to Expect:

You'll be placed in groups of 3-4 according to your language level. Enjoy casual conversations for 45 minutes each in both Japanese and English! Feel free to ask questions and make the most out of your sessions! 💬

Location:

Atrium Food Court - Look for the organizer holding the TJEX sign, or send a message if you have trouble finding them! 🗺️

Important Notes:

• No-Show Policy: If you miss the event or arrive more than 15 minutes late without notifying the organizer, it will be considered a no-show. Accumulating three no-shows will result in cancellation of your membership. ⏳
• If you're running late, please notify the organizer; otherwise, you may face difficulties joining once the session begins.
• You can register for the waiting list if the event is full. If spots become available, priority will go to those on the waiting list! 🔄
