Over four weekends in September and October 2026, discover the profound wisdom of the Chakras in a supportive environment.

🌟 The course kicks off with an opening ceremony on Friday, 11th September, followed by classes from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on both Saturday and Sunday at Yoga Shala Reykjavík, located at Skeifunni 7.
