KAIKO Longevity Circle - R4 x RE:VA

KAIKO Longevity Series is a series of social activities, including runs, experiences, and seminars meant to enrich our lives and improve our quality of living.

R4 (Run 4) is our regular social run/jog series to bring our community who are interested to share biohacking, longevity tips together through a 4km picturesque jog around Orchard Road, before ending off with a contrast therapy (cold/hot plunge) session hosted in RE:VA!

0830 - 0845 - Check in + Briefing + Warm-Up

0845 - 0930 - 4km Short Run/Jog along Orchard Road

0930 - 0945 - Cool Down

0945 - 1030 - Sauna + Cold Plunge + Hot Dip + Refuel with KAIKO

1030 - End of Event
