Kapi'olani Park Walking Tour

Info sull'evento

Discover the rich history of Hawaiʻi on this engaging 3-hour walking tour through Kapiʻolani Park, one of the earliest public parks in the region! 🚶‍♂️💚

While the total walking distance is under 1 mile, our journey includes 4-5 stops, where we'll spend 20-30 minutes at each spot, all comfortably shaded with picnic tables and grass to relax. 🌳🪑 Feel free to bring your own foldable chairs for extra comfort!

🔹 Start at Kaimana Beach and conclude in front of the Honolulu Zoo.
🔹 Dive into the captivating stories from ancient Hawaiʻi to the establishment of the Hawaiian Kingdom, all the way to its illegal overthrow and beyond. Your guide will share narratives that you won't find in schools, enriching your understanding of Hawaiʻi’s history. 📜✨

Visual media will be distributed to create a "Now and Then" experience, helping you step into history and engage deeply with the past. By the end of the tour, we aim for every guest to leave more knowledgeable about Hawaiʻi's successes and challenges.
