Info sull'evento

Most of us have never been taught how to truly communicate.
Not in the way that matters most. Not the kind that begins before a single word leaves your mouth. Not the kind that lives in the tension held across your shoulders, the fog that clouds your thinking by mid-afternoon, the restlessness that keeps you circling the same patterns in relationships, at work and in the quiet of your own mind.
We were taught to speak. We were never taught to listen … to ourselves.

The Art of communication is a three-hour immersive workshop built on a single clear premise: that communication is not a skill you perform. It is a state of being. And when that state is disrupted, by chronic stress, by hormonal imbalance, by disconnection from your own body, by the stories you carry about who you are and what you deserve, every conversation you have, suffers for it.

Three disciplines, One coherent three-hour journey from the body, through the biology, into the deepest layer of self. Each section will built to nurture your communication. What you discover in one, you will feel in the next. By the time you leave, you You will have experience something different, a new perspective.
This workshop is designed for men and women. It is for the health-aware, the quietly exhausted, the high-functioning person who senses there is a version of themselves they have not yet fully met.

(Developed by Anthony Montes, Meisner’s student and now Meisner practitioner)
This opening section draws on the Meisner acting technique, one of the most respected approaches to training authentic presence in performance. Developed by acting teacher Sanford Meisner, the technique is built around a simple but demanding idea: that the most truthful communication happens when we stop performing and start responding to what is actually in front of us.
At its core, Meisner’s work is about attention—getting out of our heads, off ourselves, and onto the other person and the present moment. Rather than planning what to say or how to appear, we practice noticing, listening, and responding honestly.
In the time we have today, we’ll focus on just one foundational exercise from this approach: the repetition exercise. It’s a simple back-and-forth between two people where you repeat what you observe, but the real purpose isn’t the words—it’s learning to truly see and hear the other person, and to notice what changes moment to moment. It’s designed to ground you, shift attention away from self-conscious thinking, and bring you fully into the present moment.
Today, Meisner's influence extends beyond actor training because many of his core ideas—presence, observation, listening, spontaneity, and connection—are useful in everyday communication as well. That's why Meisner-inspired exercises often work well even with people who have no interest in acting.

Realign-The Intelligence Within
Communication through hormonal health, gut and brain, for men and women

Led by naturopathic nutritionist Geneva Sade, Founder of Zaie Wellness, this section explores the profound and largely underestimated relationship between your hormones, your gut and your brain and how the health of that inner conversation shapes everything from your energy and mood to your hormones, libido and the way you show up in your relationships.
Hormonal health is not a women's issue. Cortisol, testosterone, insulin, gut bacteria, and the gut-brain axis affect every body. Whether you are navigating fatigue, low drive, brain fog, emotional volatility or a general sense that something is off, this section gives you the framework to understand it and the tools to begin shifting it.

Re-centre-The Frequency of Self
Communication through self-love, energy and inner healing

In this closing section, self-love coach and Theta Healing practitioner Soukaina El Abdi guides you into the inner territory that science and self-awareness point toward but rarely take you into. The subconscious beliefs you hold about your own worth. The emotional patterns you repeat without choosing to. The parts of you still waiting to be heard and accepted.
Using inner child work and heart-opening group practice, this section completes the journey, turning insight into integration, and information into felt experience.
