Lake Mac's Sewing Bee

Join Repair It Lake Mac in a delightful volunteer event aimed at transforming clothing waste into reusable items for local charities!

We're inviting community-minded individuals and sewists of all skill levels to participate on the arranged days. Volunteers will engage in two main activities:

• 💕 Deconstruction Station: Help turn old clothing into usable fabric pieces.
• 🪡 Sewing Station: Create new items like pet mats, dish towels, ottomans, and grocery bags.

All volunteers are welcomed, including fabric cutters, pattern designers, and organizers. Expert guidance will be provided to help you craft the focus item of each Sewing Bee session. Plus, enjoy a light morning tea!
