Last Sunday Sound Bath Meditation

Join us every last Sunday of the month for a rejuvenating Sound Bath Meditation at Studio on Western in Oklahoma City! ✨

We'll supply mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows — you just need to bring yourself (and a friend 🥰)! Enjoy a soothing hour filled with the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments designed to help you release stress and tension.
